百白破混合制剂接种反应调查分析与对策

摘　　要：为探讨百白破混合制剂接种反应的因素 ,1999年 1月～ 11月期间 ,对在滨州地区计划免疫接种门诊、村接种点接受百白破混合制剂接种的适龄儿童进行了反应情况调查。调查分析发现 ,百白破混合制剂接种反应与接种季节、接种人员技术、接种对象的月龄等方面有着密切的关系。建议采取以下措施 :加强冷链管理 ,保证疫苗质量 ,优化接种现场环境 ;提高接种人员技术 ,做到接种安全有效 ;认真耐心地宣传教育 ,使群众了解反应的原因 ,以便正确处理 ,以免造成家长心理压力等对策 ,减少反应发生率。To explore related factors of DPT inoculating reaction,some children of speafic age,who were inoculated with DPT in planned immunization spots or inoculation clinic in villages in Binzhou district,were investigated for their inoculating reaction.Results showed that DPT inoculating reaction related to inoculation season,inoculation skills,and children birth time(months).Some strategies recommend as follows,At first,it is important to strengthen cold chain to management,to guarantee vaccine quality,and to improve the inoculation environment.The second,it is also important to improved inoculators skills for insuring inoculating safety and effect.The third,it is an effective method to publicize the inoculation work and related inoculation reaction knowledge,and to make people realize the cause of inoculation reaction to reduce the occurrence of inoculation reaction.
