摘　　要：根据汽车用三球销式等速万向节三柱槽壳的结构特征和使用性能,详细介绍了三柱槽壳的原材料、热处理技术要求,感应淬火工艺参数和质量检验方法。Based on the structural characteristics and operating properties of three-column pot shell of tripod constant velocity universal joints,the material,heat treatment specification,equipments,technology parameters and quality examination method of induction hardening are introduced.
