X射线对黑花生真叶多酚氧化酶活性的影响

摘  要:为了研究X射线辐照对黑花生紫1F4真叶中多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性的影响,采用不同能量的X射线辐照黑花生种子,并在光照培养箱中培养,待其长出真叶后,提取PPO,测定PPO的活性。结果表明,PPO活性总体上随X射线激励电压的增大先增大后减小,随辐照时间的增加先增大后减小。经过X射线辐照处理后大部分处理的PPO活性要小于对照组。In order to study the effects of X-ray irradiation on the PPO activity in the true leaves of black peanuts Zi 1 F4,the peanut seeds were irradiated by X-rays of different energies and then were cultured in a light incubator.When the true leaves of peanuts grow out,PPO was extracted from them and its activity was measured.The results showed that the PPO activity changed with the treatment conditions.On the whole,the PPO activity first increased and then decreased with the increasing of excitation voltages and irradiation time of X-rays.The PPO activity in the true leaves of most peanut treated by X-ray irradiation was smaller than that of the control.
