摘 要:在大田条件下,采用L8(27)三因素一次回归正交设计,研究了不同施肥处理对猫爪草产量和化学成分的影响。结果表明,在供试土壤肥力基础上,各肥料因素与产量呈正相关,氮磷、磷钾之间存在互作,氮磷互作对猫爪草产量的影响大于磷钾互作。每公顷施尿素326.1 kg、过磷酸钙666.6 kg、硫酸钾454.0 kg时,获得最大产量787.334 kg/hm2。肥料因素对各化学成分的影响较为复杂。The effects of different fertilizer treatments on the yield and chemical components of Ranunculus ternatus Thunb.were studied by L8(27) three factors a regression orthogonal design.Results showed that on the basis of the tested soil fertility there was a positive correlation between yield of R.ternatus Thunb.and fertilizer factors,and there was an interaction between P+K fertilizer and N+P fertilizer,the effect on yield of R.ternatus Thunb.under the treatment containing N+P fertilizer being better than that containing P+K fertilizer.When using urea 326.1 kg/ha,ordinary superphosphate 666.6 kg/ha,and potassium sulfate 454.0 kg/ha,the maximum production of R.ternatus Thunb.could reach up to 787.334 kg/ha.The effects of fertilizer factors on the chemical components were relatively complex.
