两种绿化植物叶片中元素含量分析

摘　　要：采用高压消解罐消解,电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)测定分析两种常见绿化植物冬青(Ilex purpurea)和月季(Rosa chinensis)叶片中元素的含量状况。结果表明,冬青和月季叶片中含有丰富的Cu、Fe、Mn、Ni等营养元素,特别是月季叶片中Mn元素含量平均高达102.72 mg/kg,但是Zn元素含量偏低。两种植物叶片中的重金属元素Cd、Cr含量也较高,分别为0.51 mg/kg和0.29 mg/kg、8.55 mg/kg和5.26 mg/kg,所以在利用时需加以监测和评价。The contents of leaf elements from two greening plants Ilex purpurea and Rosa chinensis were investigated by ICPOES with high pressure digestion tank.The results showed that plant leaves were abundant in four elements including Cu,Fe,Mn,Ni.The content of Mn was especially rich in leaf of Rosa chinensis,about 102.72 mg/kg,while the content of Zn was low.Furthermore,the heavy metal contents of Cd and Cr were rich,0.51 mg/kg and 0.29 mg/kg,8.55 mg/kg and 5.26 mg/kg,respectively,and thus should be monitored and evaluated in process of resource utilization.
