摘 要:针对武汉地区甘蓝小孢子培养技术应用的重要障碍在于小孢子苗越夏成活率较低的问题,通过多年的技术改进和试验,提出了武汉地区甘蓝小孢子苗二段育苗法越夏高效成活技术:当年小孢子苗推迟至12月至翌年1月移入营养钵,精细管理,长至5月下旬,这一阶段的成活率可达95%;6月初换钵后,将苗置于较高的通风凉爽之处,上拉遮阳网,重点做好水分管理,防止营养土过干或过湿,同时搞好虫害防治,这一阶段的成活率为94.6%,总成活率达90%。Low survival rate of over -summer microspore seedlings was an important obstacle for the widespread application of cabbage microspore culture technology in Wuhan. Through years of technical improvements and experiments, we raised the efficient over-summer two-phase microspore seedling breeding technology in Wuhan. At the first phase, we transplanted microspore seedlings into nutritional bowls from December to next January, and the survival rate of this phase was up to 95% while we adopted fine management and made the seedling growing to late May. At the second phase, we placed the seedling at higher and ventilated cool place and covered sunshade net for the seedlings after changing larger bowls, and the survival rate of this phase was 94.6% while we focused on water management and controlled the insect pests scientifically and timely. Overall, the total survival rate was up to 90%.
