氮素形态配比对滇一型杂交粳稻根系性状的影响

摘  要:为研究不同形态氮素配比对滇一型杂交粳稻根系性状的影响,采用供应不同形态氮素配比(NH4+-N/NO3--N分别为3∶1、1∶1、1∶3)对滇杂35和滇杂40及其亲本、以及对照品种合系41进行水培培养,在抽穗期对试验材料根系性状进行分析比较及优势测验。结果表明:所有材料根长和根重等性状均随着硝态氮比例的增加而显著增加,然而根粗差异不明显。说明硝态氮更有利于供试材料根长和根重等性状的生长,而对根粗起不到明显的促进作用。两杂交组合在各种形态氮素配比处理下其根长均显著或极显著优于其亲本和对照品种;在硝态氮配比较高的处理中,两杂交组合的根重均具有显著或极显著的中亲优势与超高亲优势;此外,滇杂35的根重具有显著或极显著的对照优势。表明优良的杂交粳稻比优良的常规粳稻更能适应不同形态配比的氮素环境。In this study, a hydroponic experiment was conducted to study the effect of nitrogen form ratios (NH3+-N/ NO4--N was 3:1, 1:1 and 1:3 respectively) on root traits of Dian-1 Type japonica hybrid rice. Two hybrid combinations, Dianza 35 and Dianza 40, and their parental lines,and conventional japonica rice of Hexi41 as control were used in the experiment. The results showed that root length and root weight of experimental materials were improved with increase of nitrate and decrease of ammonium N, but the root diameter of the same variety had no significant differences among different treatments. The result indicated that nitrate nitrogen was more beneficial to the improvement of root length and root weight, but couldn't promote the root diameter. The hybrid combinations had heterosis over better parent and control for root length in all treatments, which were significant at P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 level. When NHs^-N/NO4--N was 1:3, the root weight of hybrid combinations had significant or extremely significant heterosis over mid-parent and better parent. In addition, Dianza 35 had significant or extremely significant heterosis over control variety. The results further suggested that excellent hybrid combinations of japonica rice had better adaptability than fine conventional japonica rice varieties to different nitrogen forms and ratios.
