摘  要:全球气温上升,植物生长面临的高温伤害越来越严重。为了采取有效措施减轻高温伤害,以白芨种子苗为材料,研究了33℃+3 d高温锻炼对白芨种子苗过氧化物歧化酶(POD)活性、可溶性糖含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量相关性及种子苗耐热性的影响。结果表明,高温胁迫下,所有指标之间存在或大或小的相关性;高温锻炼使白芨种子苗的耐热性增强。With global temperature rising, the high temperature stress on plant growths increases serious. In order to help take effective measures to reduce high temperature injury, taking the seedlings of Bletilla striata as materials, the effects of high temperature stress at 33℃ for 3 d on seedlings of B. striata were conducted in this paper. The changes of physiological indexs such as POD activity, soluble sugar content, MDA content were measured. The heat tolerance of high temperature stress on seedlings of B. striata was studied. The results showed that the correlation of all indexs existed more or less under high temperature stress and high temperature stress could inhence the heat tolerance seedlings of B. striata.
