翘嘴鳜选育群体早期生长及主要性状的主成分分析

摘  要:测量了1~6月龄人工选择翘嘴鳜群体的体质量、全长、体长、体高、头长、尾柄长和尾柄高等7个形态性状,运用曲线模型对翘嘴鳜体质量、全长和体高的生长进行曲线拟合,同时利用幂函数方法对其体质量和全长的生长关系进行分析,最后利用主成分分析法对2、4、6月龄翘嘴鳜9个形态性状进行分析。生长曲线拟合结果表明,全长(TL)和体质量(BW)之间关系式为:W=0.013L3.022(R2=0.994),其中b=3.022,表明翘嘴鳜早期生长为等速生长;全长和体高随月龄的增加呈现线性增加,可以用来预测鳜早期的生长。主成分分析结果显示,在2、4、6月龄,入选的翘嘴鳜3个主成分相同,第1主成分为体质量因子和长度因子,第2主成分为尾部因子,第3主成分为体型因子。其中体质量因子和长度因子在3个月龄的贡献率分别为69.398%、69.672%、48.019%,可见早期阶段对翘嘴鳜体质量和长度性状的选育具有理论和实践意义。In order to understand the growth and development rules of the artificial selection species group of Siniperca chuatsi at the early age, the Body Weight (BW), Total Length (TL), Body Length (BL), Body Depth (BD), Head Length (HL), Caudal Peduncle Length (CPL) and Caudal Peduncle Depth (CPD) of 70 individuals randomly sampled during 1-6 month age. The growth data were analysed and fitted with linear models and the power growth model was performed to find the relationship between body weight and total length. Results showed that the relationship between body weight and total length was W=0.013L3.022(R2=0.994) and b=3.022, which meant the early growth of S. chuatsi was isogony. That was also substantiated by the growth of total length and body depth, so we could use the model to predict growth. Principle components analysis results showed that contribution rate of length and the body weight factor for morphological traits was 69.398%, 69.672%, 48.019% at the 2-month-age, 4-month-age and 6-month-age, which revealed that the length and the body weight factor could become the selective indicator of morphological traits for S. chuatsi. The other two principal components were the tail factor and the body shape factor. The results will help know the early growth and development rules of S. chuatsi and supply guideline to selected breeding.
