摘 要:农地整理是增加耕地面积、改善生产条件和生态环境、促进农业种植结构调整及规模化经营的重要措施。以川中丘陵区资阳市乐至县回澜镇"发展饲用作物,调整种植业结构"农地整理实践为例,提出了川中丘陵区农地整理"梯改坡"规模化经营的路径,构建了包括经济效益、社会效益和生态效益三大指标组成的农地整理绩效评价体系;运用层次分析法确定指标权重,在此基础上,通过模糊综合评判得到川中丘陵区农地整理综合绩效测算结果,表明基于种植业结构调整下的农地整理综合绩效评价为"良",与传统的农地整理效益比较,经济效益和生态效益较突出。Agricultural land consolidation is an important measure to increase arable land, improve production conditions and ecological environment and promote agricultural planting structure adjustment and the scale of operations. This article took Huilan town's "developing forage crops, adjusting structure of crop farming'land consolidation practice as the example, put forword the method "ladder to slope"of the hilly area of central Sichuan and constructed the rural land consolidation performance evaluation system including economic, social and ecological benefits of the three indicators. Then using analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight, as basis, through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, comprehensive performance calculation results of farmland consolidation in hilly area of Sichuan were obtained. The results showed that based on the adjustment of planting structure of agricultural land consolidation, the comprehensive performance evaluation was "good". Compared with traditional agricultural land consolidation benefits, economic and ecological benefits were more outstanding.
