摘　　要：以布尔迪厄的"符号资本"理论来研究微博使用失范行为,认为谣言和骂战等行为是不同群体之间符号资本争夺的外化。符号实践者和各种规范、规则之间处于一种博弈态势,守法与否取决于潜在利益的大小。政治资本在此面临合法化危机,需要进行资本转化。In light of Pierre Bourdieu＇s theory of ＂symbolic capital＂, this paper explores and analyzes the abusive behavior on Weibo, known as China＇s Twitter, suggesting that rumors and abuses are externalized expressions of symbolic capital among different groups of users. There exists the game situation between symbolic practitioners and different norms and rules, and whether they will obey the law depends on potential interests. Thereupon, the legalization of political capital faces a crisis, requiring capital conversion.
