摘 要:探讨花椒中吴茱萸次碱含量的RP-HPLC测定条件,比较不同种源花椒中吴茱萸次碱的含量差异。结果表明,吴茱萸次碱的线性范围为14.4~27.0 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 5),平均回收率为98.63%(RSD=1.73%, n=5)。不同种源花椒中吴茱萸次碱的平均含量分别为:野花椒 24.050 μg·mL-1(RSD=1.77%, n=3); 凤县大红袍 23.677 μg·mL-1(RSD=4.94%, n=3); 韩城大红袍 18.869 μg·mL-1(RSD=3.00%, n=3); 秦安1号 17.173 μg·mL-1(RSD=2.45%, n=3)。RP-HPLC法测定吴茱萸次碱含量简便可靠,可作为花椒中吴茱萸次碱的快速测定方法。Conditions of HPLC to measure the contents of rutaecarpine in Zanthoxylum bungeagum from different provenances were established, and the rutaecarpine contents were compared. The results showed that the linear range of rutaecarpine was 14.4 to 27.0 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 5). The average recovery rate was 98.63%(RSD=1.73%, n=5). The average contents of rutaecarpine in Zanthoxylum bungeagum, Zanthoxylum simulans, cultivars of Fengxiandahongpao, Hanchengdahongpao and Qin’anyihao were 24.050 μg·mL-1(RSD=1.77%, n=3); 23.677 μg·mL-1(RSD=4.94%,n=3); 18.869 μg·mL-1(RSD=3.00%,n=3); 17.173 μg·mL-1(RSD=2.45%, n=3), respectively. It was concluded that the measurement of rutaecarpine by RP-HPLC was simple, rapid and accurate, and which could be used as a routine method to measure this compound.
