芜湖市老年人体育健身现状及促进对策研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、逻辑分析法及数理统计等方法,对芜湖市60岁以上的1006名老年人健身现况进行调查研究.结果表明:芜湖市老年人参与体育健身动机明显,都是为了强身健体、祛除疾病,但体育知识薄弱,缺乏科学指导;老年人锻炼自觉,时间充裕;项目选择与活动形式有着很强的针对性,但缺少有效组织与管理及政府机构政策扶持,导致老年人体育健身公共服务机制不完善,影响老年体育健康化发展.文章通过实证调研,提出相应对策,为相关职能部门作好老年体育公共服务提供理论参考.It is the study on the current situation of fitness among the elder who are over sixty years old in Wuhu by means of documentation,questionnaire,interview,logical reasoning and mathematical statistics. The result shows that the motivation that building body and abolishing disease for the elder to attend physical fitness is obvious while they are lack of physical knowledge and scientific guidance. The elder exercise consciously with enough time and the project selection and activity form are highly targeted. However,it leads to the faultiness of public service system on physical fitness for the elder and influences its healthy development that lacking effective organization and management and the support of government policy. The paper is aimed at providing theoretical reference for relevant functional department to complete the physical public service for the elder and putting forward corresponding countermeasure through empirical research.
