严复体育思想探析

摘　　要：19世纪末,西方世界变革日新月异.严复为寻求国人在思想和身体上彻底改变和解放的救国之路,他提倡自由平等的思想观念和物竞天择的思维方式,推行学校体育,提倡女子体育,推进国民素质教育,倡导"军国民"教育思想下的"力、智、德"三育并重的体育思想.促进了中国近代体育的发展,为中国近代体育的发展奠定了坚实的基础.Under the changing background of the world situation,Yan Fu advocated the way of thinking of natural selection and the Western modern thoughts of freedom and equality,to liberate Chinese＇thoughts and save China. The educational thought of San Yu＂Strength,intellect and ethics＂was put forward by Yan Fu. He carried out school sports,advocated women sports to improve na- tional quality education and promote the development of Chinese modern sports. Yan Fu＇s sports thought played an important role for the foundation of Chinese modern sports thoughts.
