摘  要:在船舶、高速列车、航空航天工业中激光焊接薄壁夹芯板的应用越来越广泛。本试验采用5 kW高功率激光穿透焊接高强钢E36薄壁T型搭接工字件,测定了其接头的拉伸性能、截面的显微硬度,通过超景深显微镜观察了接头的微观组织。结果表明:焊接接头的抗拉强度在617 MPa以上,断裂位置均位于母材;焊缝和热影响区显微硬度均高于母材,焊缝显微硬度最高为410 HV;焊缝组织为板条马氏体,热影响区组织主要为粒状贝氏体;在本试验工艺条件下,面板焊缝上部及芯板焊缝上部容易产生气孔,但无裂纹等缺陷。Laser welding thin-wall Sandwich panels were used more and more widely in shipbuilding, rail vehicle and aircraft industries. 5 kW high-power laser was used in stake welding high strength steel E36 thin-wall T-joints in the test. The tensile properties and section microhardness of the welded joints were measured. The microstructure of the welded joints were observed through super scene depth microscope. The results show that the tensile strength is above 617 MPa, the fracture position is in the matrix material. The microhardness of welding seams and heat affected zone are higher than that of base metal. The microhardness of the weld seam is up to 410 HV. The microstructure of the weld seam are lathy martensite.The microstructure of heat affected zone are mostly granular bainite. Under the condition of test process, the welding porosities are prominent in the top of face panel and web panel, but has no defects such as cracks.
