摘  要:球化处理是球铁生产的关键环节之一,回顾了国内外球化技术40多年的发展历程及现状。本文针对处理包几何形状、喂线处理温度、处理量、喂线速度与处理时间等主要因素对镁收得率及球化效果的影响进行分析研究,给出了它们对球化效果和镁收得率的影响规律。对于喂线法球化处理与其他常用的球化方法相比,在熔炼条件、铸件大小、生产批量、镁的收得率、球化处理温度损失、操作的安全性和现场的环境友好性方面的技术优势和不足进行了分析。列举了一些喂线法球化的应用实例;指出喂线法是能获得优质球铁、现场环境友好、易于自动化和一致性好的球化法,代表着未来的发展趋势。Nodularizing treatment is a key operation in the production of ductile iron castings of predetermined microstructure and mechanical properties. The suitability of cored wire nodularizing method was investigated. The main factors for influencing magnesium recovery and nodularizing effect were discussed. The wide variety of nodularizing methods make difficult the selection of an optimal method for a given foundry. The comparison was made of both advantages and disadvantages among nodularizing methods commonly used. Finally,the selection rules of nodularizing methods were put forward based on the type of melting furnace, casting weight, magnesium recovery, productivity, temperature loss, safety and environmental impact. The present state ,research progress, application situation and developing trend of nodularizing using cored wire in domestic and foreign in 40 years were overviewed by brief introduction of several examples. The future view of nodularizing is revealed with higher quality, environment friendliness, automation and consistency.
