锻造温升对TC21合金微观组织和拉伸性能的影响

摘  要:研究了α+β两相区变形坯料不同部位产生锻造温升时,TC21合金的微观组织演变过程及拉伸性能的变化规律。结果表明,随着锻造温升增加,细小的等轴α相被周围β相吞并转变为短棒状;相距较近的短棒状α相进一步相互合并生成弯曲的条状α相。由于坯料心部锻造温升动态回复进行得很充分,晶粒被充分拉长。最后,微观组织转变成网篮组织。具有网篮组织的合金拉伸强度急剧下降,随着其比例的增加,合金的拉伸强度继续降低,直到组织均为网篮组织时达到最低。The microstructure evolution and tensile properties of TC21 alloy were studied at forging temperature rise of different parts of the blank in α+13 region. The results show that α phase changes from small and equiaxed grains into short-clubbed grains with the increase of forging temperature rise, and closer short-clubbed grains further combine with each other to generate curved strip α phase. As dynamic recovery conducts enough in the center of blank, the grains are fully stretched. Finally, the microstructure transforms into network microstructure. The tensile strength with the network microstructure decreases rapidly. And the tensile strength decreases continually with the increase of proportion of lamellar microstructure, finally reach a minimum until the microstructure is fully network microstructure.
