摘 要:开发了针对金属体积成形有限元分析的项目流程管理和成形工艺参数优化的集成平台。通过它实现了对有限元仿真分析流程系统、科学的管理,提供了自动化仿真项目运行程序和基于回归分析和改进的模拟退火算法的优化程序。利用该平台设计了AISI 1015热反挤压成形均匀设计试验,并优化了上模最大磨损量这个工艺参数。结果表明平台程序的运算结果是准确的。An integrated platform of projects work flow management and process parameters optimization for metal volume forming finite element analysis was developed. The analysis work flow of finite element simulation was managed systematically and scientifically by this platform. And automatic simulation projects running program and process parameters optimization program based on regression analysis and improved simulated annealing algorithm were provided. The uniform design test for AISI 1015 hot backward extrusion was designed by using this platform, and the process parameter (top die maximum wear depth) was optimized. The results show that the operation results of the programs on the platform are accurate.
