摘 要:对0Cr18Ni9不锈钢板在常温下进行了拉伸性能测试,得到了其在不同应变率下的真应力—真应变曲线。采用fields-Backofen模型建立了拉深过程变形抗力数学模型。结果表明,数学模型和实验结果吻合较好。利用DEFORM-3D软件对不锈钢圆筒件拉深过程进行了模拟,分析了压边力对成形的影响。同时设计了一条变压边力。模拟结果表明,设计的变压边力能够改善板料成形性能,最后对摩擦系数的影响进行了简单的分析。The tensile properties of 0Crl8Ni9 stainless steel at room temperature were tested, and true stress-true strain curves at different strain rates were obtained. The mathematical model of deformation resistance in drawing process was established by using the fields-Backofen model. The results show that the established mathematical model agreed well with experimental results. Deep drawing processes of stainless steel cylinder were simulated by DEFORM-3D, The influence of blankholder force on forming was analyzed. Meanwhile, a variable blankholder force was designed. The simulation results show that it can improve the formability of the sheet. Finally, the effect of friction coefficient was analyzed simply.
