摘　　要：根据镁合金特征光谱建立了一套复合滤光系统。由给定试验参数,提取了熔池图像。结合试验条件和数学形态学理论,并针对双弧焊接熔池图像,采用数学形态学算法,获得完整的熔池边缘图像特征;最后计算了熔池特征参数,为焊接实时控制奠定了基础。According to characteristic spectnun of magnesium alloy, a compound filter system was established. On the basic theory of double arc welding and experiment effect, the molten pool image was extracted. Combined with the conditions of experiment and mathematical morphology theory, based the double arc welding molten pool image, and adopting the mathematical morphology algorithm, the complete pool edge image can be obtained. At last, the molten pool characteristic parameters which can lay foundation for the real-time control of the welding were counted.
