摘  要:以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)、聚醚(酯)二元醇、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为主要原料,以原位生成的纳米SiO2作为防粘材料,获得了一种纳米SiO2原位杂化的水性聚氨酯,并对其力学性能、粒径、表面形貌、动态力学性能等进行了表征。结果表明:采用酯醚共聚二元醇作为软段,以摩尔比n(TDI)∶n(HDI)=3∶1作为硬段,正硅酸乙酯用量为聚氨酯固含量的1%,可得到低模量、高弹性、软而不粘的水性聚氨酯;纳米SiO2改性,在聚氨酯大分子链间引入了疏水的、柔性的交联结构,其模量和弹性基本不变,防粘性得到明显改善,满足服装等软革面层树脂软而不粘的应用要求。In - situ generated nano -: SiO2 was used as an anti - sticking material, a novel soft but not sticky waterborne polyu- rethane was prepared from toluene diisocyanate (TDI), isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), glycol, dihydroxy methyl propionic acid (DMPA). The performance of waterborne polyurethane, including mechanical properties, particle size, surface morphology and dynamic mechanical properties were characterized respectively. The results indicate that the polyurethane membrane shows low modulus and high elasticity when copolymer glycol of ester and ether is used as soft segment, TDI combined IPDI ( mole ratio of n (TDI): (IPDI) = 3:1 ) is used as hard segment, and TEOS content is controlled to 1%. The introduction of nano -SiO~ resul- ted in a flexible and hydrophobic crosslinking structure among polyurethane macromolecules which greatly increases the anti - sticking property of coatings without scarifying their elasticity and flexibility, meeting the requirements of soft leather such as gar- ment leather.
