摘　　要：目的：探讨一种重睑术后效果更接近天然重睑的手术方法。方法：设计重睑线宽度时遵循个体化原则，一般为6～7mm。处理眼轮匝肌及睑板前组织时尽量遵循微创原则，保留较多的睑板前疏松结缔组织和毛细血管网，并采用精细解剖对位缝合。结果：对264例患者528只上睑采取上述方法处理，521只上睑均取得良好效果。结论：通过对重睑的个性化设计，术中眼轮匝肌及睑板前筋膜的微创处理及精细缝合，即使是切开法重睑术也可以取得动态重睑的效果。Objective To discuss an improved operation for obtaining a natural outcome in double- fold eyelid plasty. Methods The width of the double-fold eyelid was designed about 6 ～7mm according to the principle of personality,partial orbital muscle and relax skin were removed and capillary net was preserved under local aenesthesia.Soft tissue include orbital muscle and pre-tarsus tissue were treated with minimal invasive principle,and fine suture was performed to restore the anatomical structure. Results Totall of 264 cases （528 eyes） underwent the operation,of all 521 eyes obtained a good outcome without obvious scar. Conclusion A good outcome can be obtained by personal design,the postoperative appearance of dynamic double-fold eyelid could close to nature double-fold eyelid through minimal injury include preserve more anterior tarsus tissue and fine suture.
