铒激光点阵模式与微剥脱模式联合治疗瘢痕疗效评价

摘　　要：目的：评价Profile超级平台治疗各种瘢痕的临床疗效及其不良反应。方法：2010年5月～2013年8月，笔者科室使用Profile超级平台激光器，采用“微剥脱模块”及“点阵模块”对66例瘢痕患者进行连续3次治疗，对治疗前后照片进行对比，根据疗效判定标准进行疗效统计和安全性分析。结果：所有患者总有效率为94％，显效率为61％。术后随访治疗组仅3例患者出现暂时性色素沉着，无其他明显不良反应。结论：Profile超级平台激光器，采用“微剥脱模块”及“点阵模块”治疗瘢痕疗效好，副反应轻，值得临床推广使用。Objective To assess the effectiveness and safety of treating various scars with ProFractional. Methods From may 2010 to August 2013, 66 case with various scars were treated by ProFractional with a ＂micro-stripping mode＂ and ＂fractional mode＂ for consecutive 3 times. The curative rate was evaluated by comparing photos before and after treatment. Results 66 patients of various scars were treated in our research： the total effective rate was 94%, marked effective rate was 61%. 3 patients appeared pigmentation at the scars, but there were no other side-effects. Conclusion ProFractional with a ＂micro-stripping mode＂ and ＂fractional mode＂ can be an efficient method in the treatment of scars with minimized side effects and should be recommended for clinical application.
