维胺酯胶囊联合局部封闭治疗聚合性痤疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察维胺酯胶囊联合局部封闭治疗聚合性痤疮的有效性及安全性。方法:选取74例重度痤疮患者,随机分为治疗组(38例)和对照组(36例),治疗组采用口服维胺酯胶囊联合局部封闭治疗,对照组仅口服维胺酯胶囊治疗。两组均外用氯霉素水杨酸酊,8周后观察疗效并做比较。结果:治疗组有效率86.84%,对照组有效率66.66%,疗效比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.252,P<0.05)。结论:维胺酯胶囊联合局部封闭治疗聚合性痤疮疗效满意,见效快,不良反应小。Objective To observe the effectiveness and safety of viaminate capsules combined with local blocking in the treatment of ache conglobata. Methods 74 patients with severe acne were randomly divided into treatment group （38 cases）and control group （36 cases）. Patients in the treatment group were treated by viaminate capsules combined with local blocking,while patients in the control group were treated by only viaminate capsules. Both the groups used chloramphenicol salicylic acid tincture externally.The clinical effect of both the groups were observed and compared after 8 weeks. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 86.84%,which of the control group was 66.66%.And there was statistically difference between them（X^2=4.252,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Viaminate capsules combined with local blocking was shown to be fairly and quickly effective in the treatment of acne conglobata, with a low incidence of adverse reactions.
