摘 要:目的:讨论个性化护理在整形美容围术期护理中的必要性。方法:选取2012年4月以后于我院进行整形美容手术并接受个性化围术期护理的患者96例作为试验组,选取2012年4月前于我院进行整形美容手术并接受常规围术期护理的患者112例作为对照组,两组进行患者满意度和恢复时间的统计对比。结果:试验组满意率达92.71%,明显高于对照组的满意率75.89%。试验组平均恢复时间为(10.2±7.4)天,明显短于对照组平均恢复时间(18.9±8.2)天,两组数据均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:个性化的围术期护理可以提高整形美容手术护理质量,减少医疗纠纷的发生。Objective To discuss the necessity of personalized clinical care in perioperative nursing of plastic surgery. Methods 96 cases who received plastic surgery and personalized perioperative nursing after April 2012 in our hospital were selected as test group, while 112 cases who received plastic surgery and conventional perioperative nursing before April 2012 in our hospital were regarded as the control, The patients" satisfaction rate and recovery time were observed. Results The satisfaction rate of test group is 92.71%, which is obviously higher than 75.89% of control group. The average recovery time of test group is (10.2+7.4) days, which is obviously shorter than (18.9+8.2) days. The data of the two groups has significant difference (P〈O.05). Conclusions Personalized perioperative nursing can improve the care quality of plastic surgery and reduce the occurrence of medical disputes.
