红蓝光联合治疗对寻常痤疮患者血清IL-1、IL-6、IL-8水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨红蓝光照射对寻常痤疮患者外周血IL-1、IL-6、IL-8表达的影响及其作用机制。方法:95例寻常痤疮患者随机分为实验组53例和对照组42例,实验组采用红蓝光联合异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗,对照组采用异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗,另选择24例健康体检者作为健康组,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定寻常痤疮患者治疗前、后和健康体检者外周血中IL-1、IL-6、IL-8水平。结果:寻常痤疮患者血清IL-1、IL-6、IL-8水平高于健康组(P<0.01),治疗后实验组IL-1、IL-6、IL-8水平较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:红蓝光治疗寻常痤疮患者抑制了IL-1、IL-6、IL-8的表达,从而达到治疗作用。Objective To explore effect of Red-Blue Light on IL-I,IL-6,1L-8 expression of Acne vulgaris patients. Methods 95 patients with Ache vulgaris were devided randomly divided into 2groups,53 cases as experimental group were treated by Red-Blue Light combined with Isotrefinoin Erythromycin Gel and 42 cases as control group were treated by Isotrefinoin Erythromycin Gel. 24 healthy subjects served as normal controls.lL-l,lL-6,1L-8 level was determined by radioimmunity assay before and after the ciinical therapy. Results IL-I,IL-6,1L-8 in the patients with Ache vulgaris were significantly lower than that in healthy subjects （P〈0.01）.There was significant difference in IL-I,IL-6,1L-8 between Acne vulgaris patients and healthy persons before treatment. There was significant difference after treatment （P〈0.01）,and was higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Red-Blue Light therapy in patients with Acne vulgaris inhibited IL-1,1L-6,1L-8 expression, so as to achieve a therapeutic effect.
