摘　　要：目的:观察超脉冲点阵王激光治疗面部凹陷性瘢痕的临床疗效。方法:将116例面部凹陷性瘢痕患者随机分为实验组与对照组,实验组:58例,采用超脉冲点阵王激光去除面部瘢痕;对照组:58例,采用微晶磨削术治疗面部瘢痕,比较两组的临床效果。结果:实验组治疗后的疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义;术后实验组的疼痛评分、水肿评分低于对照组,红肿持续时间、结痂时间少于对照组。结论:面部凹陷性瘢痕采用超脉冲点阵王激光治疗,具有效果好、不良反应小的特点。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of facial hollow scar treated with Ultra Pulse laser. Methods 116 cases facial hollow scar patients were divided into control group including 58 cases and the experimental group including 58 cases randomly. Compare the clinical therapeutic effect of facial hollow scar in control group treated with Ultra Pulse laser and the experimental group treat with ceramic grinding operation. Results The therapeutic effect of the experimental group is better than the control group. The difference was statistically significant. Pain scores, edema scores after postoperative in experimental group are better than control group. The time of Red duration and crust is less than control group. Conclusion Treatment of facial hollow scar treated with Ultra Pulse laser has well effect, Little adverse reaction. It has great reference value in clinical.
