摘　　要：科学技术的发展促进了医学的进步,外科手术发展的历程中获得了许多革命性技术成果。时至今日,机器人外科手术系统被引入外科领域,使外科手术又跨入了一个完全崭新的时代。本文介绍腹腔镜/机器人技术的由来、发展和应用,特别是对达芬奇机器人外科手术系统应用于几种泌尿外科疾病的手术疗效进行分析,并对外科机器人技术引领未来手术作出展望。Scientific and technological development facilitated the medical advancements. Many revolutionary results were obtained in the development process of surgery. At present, with the application of the surgical robot system, surgical technology would enter a new era. This paper introduces the development and application of laparoscopic and robotic assistant laparoscopic system, analyzes the efficacy of da Vinci robotic surgical system in treatment of several urological diseases, and foretells application prospect of robotic surgical system in the future.
