摘　　要：本文着重讨论三个问题:一是处理静数学问题历史上本来就有两种观点;二是较详细地论证用两种观点处理静磁学问题是等效的;三是简单说明两种观点等效是有条件的.This paper is intended to diseuss in particular three problems:1.The two historical theories dealing with certain problems in the field of ma- gneto-statics.2,Detailed demonstration of the equivalent effeet of salving the problems with the two theories.3.A brief explanation of the essential requirements of the equivalent effect of the two theories.
