摘  要:目的 :观察硼锌联用对氟损伤的预防和保健作用。方法 :选择工龄 3年以上的氟作业工人 40人 ,随机分为两组 ,A组 2 0人为服药组 ,服用硼锌复合剂 ;B组 2 0人为非服药对照组 ;另选该厂同样条件非氟作业工人 2 0人为阴性对照 C组。不脱岗进行 1个月的服药观察。观察指标包括尿 F- 、尿 BF- 4 含量 ,全血 SOD、GSH- PX活性及 MDA含量 ,血清免疫球蛋白及微量元素含量。结果 :A组服药 1个月后 ,尿 F-及尿 BF- 4 含量显著升高 ;血清 AKP活性、血浆 MDA含量下降 ,血清 SOD活性、Ig G含量、微量元素 Zn、Ca含量升高。结论 : “硼锌联用”对氟损伤机体具有一定的预防和保健作用 ,其表现在 (1)以 F-和 BF4-的形式促进机体氟排出 ,减轻体内氟负荷。 (2 )增强体内抗氟化酶的活性 ,减轻自由基引起的机体损伤 ,提高机体抗氟致脂质过氧化损伤的能力。 (3)Objective To investigate the effect of the preventive and health protection of Boron and Zinc on fluoride damages,an intervenient experiment was conducted in workers exposed to fluoride.Methods 40 workers exposed to fluoride for mor than 3 years were selected randomly divided into group A and group B.Group A of 20 workers tood the medicine for one months;group B of 20 workers served as positive control.In addition,group C of 20 workers unexposed to fluoried were selected from the same factory and served as negative control.All the workers were on their job during a month study.General reaction of the subjects after administrated Boron and Zinc,contents of F and BF 4in urine,activities of SOD and AKP in serum and GSH-PX in bolld,content of MDA in plasma,contents of IgG,IgA,IgM in serum,contents of trace elements Cu、Zn、Ca、Mg in serum.Results After administrated Boron and Zinc for a month,the content of F - and BF - 4 in urine in the subjects in group A increased significantly.At the same time,the activity of AKP in serum and the content of MDA in plasma decreased significantly,and the activity of SOD in serum and the contents of IgG and Zn、Ca in serum rised significantly.Conclusion The study indicated that“prophylactic antifluoride I” might have some preventive and health protection effects against fluoride damage.The mechanism of antagonism effects are possibly as follows:(1)Boron and Zinc could increase the excretion of F - and BF - 4,thus reduced the levels of fluoride in serum and whole body.(2)Boron and Zinc could increase the activities of SOD and GSH-PX and reduce the contents of lipid-peroxide in blood,thus improved the anti-peroxied ability of the body.(3)Boron and Zinc could increase the levels of immunity and to k
