内蒙古人民革命党乌兰巴托特别大会述评

摘　　要：1927年8月,在国民革命急转直下的形势下,内蒙古人民革命党在乌兰巴托召开一次特别大会,试图解决该党内部问题,以推动日后发展。会议上,该党内部发生严重冲突,最终撤销色楞栋鲁布、墨尔色等人的领导职务,改选中央委员会并通过大会宣言。此结果与该党内部矛盾及当时的国内外政治局势具有紧密联系。这次大会直接促成了内蒙古人民革命党内部的迅速瓦解,从此该党对内蒙古的影响越来越小,再无法有力推动内蒙古民族、民主运动的发展了。In August 1927, the People＇s Revolutionary Party ot Inner Mongona nero a opcc,a gress in Ulaanbaatar, they tried to solve the interior problem of the party and searched for the better growth by organizing this conference. During the Special Congress, there was a serious internal division occurred in the party, as a result, Serengdonrob and Merse were released from their leading duty, the new Central Committee were reelected, and approved the declaration of the Special Congress. This consequence was closely related with the internal conflict of the People＇ Revolutionary Party of Inner Mongolia, and the domestic and the international political situation. The Special Congress forced the internal collapse of the party rapidly. Since then, the influence of the party became more and more weak, also they were unable to promote the development of Inner Mongolian democratic and national movement.
