百日咳痉咳期107例患儿及其并发症护理及健康教育

摘　　要：目的探讨百日咳阵发性痉挛性咳嗽期及其并发症的护理要点,为临床护理工作提供依据。方法采用回顾性方法对2011年1月-2012年12月107例百日咳住院患儿痉咳期及其并发症的临床资料进行分析。结果 107例住院百日咳患儿,并发肺炎69例,窒息3例,百日咳合并脑病惊厥1例,肺炎合并肺不张1例。经过及时、正确的治疗与精心护理,88例临床治愈,16例好转,3例自动出院。结论密切观察病情,正确治疗与精心护理,是保证百日咳患儿的生命安全,促进患儿早日康复的关键。Objective To investigate the nursing points of the pertussis paroxysmal spasmodic cough period （ referred to as the spasm stage ） and its complications, provide basic information for clinical nursing. Methods The 107 cases of pertussis in hospitalized children with spasm stage and its complications clinical data were retrospectively analyzed from January 2011 to December 2012 . Results 107 cases of hospitalized children with pertussis, complicated by pneumonia in 69 cases, 3 cases of asphyxia, pertussis with encephalopathy, seizure in 1 case, 1 case of pneumonia complicated with atelectasis. After the timely, correct treatment and careful nursing, 88 cases were cured, 16 cases improved, 3 cases of automatic discharge. Conclusion Close observation, right treatment and careful nursing is the guarantee of pertussis in the lives and safety of children. promote the rehabilitation of infants key.
