截石位手术患者围术期两种护理干预措施的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨截石位手术患者围术期给予两种护理干预措施的效果,完善对截石位手术患者的护理措施。方法选择2011年2月-2012年12月收治的截石位手术患者88例为本次试验的研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组患者在临床常规护理的基础上加上双下肢被动运动,试验组患者在对照组基础上再给予双下肢弹力绷带,观察护理效果。结果试验组患者在平放下肢后,其收缩压、舒张压和平均动脉压值由原来的(142.33±17.52)mmHg、(75.62±8.96)mmHg和(91.32±8.98)mmHg分别变化为(140.02±18.99)mmHg、(75.02±8.52)mmHg和(91.02±9.29)mmHg,变化不明显;而对照组患者在此方面的变化则较显著,由原来的(141.69±18.25)mmHg、(76.21±7.98)mmHg和(91.36±8.55)mmHg分别变化为(129.63±17.52)mmHg、(75.01±8.44)mmHg和(87.48±8.69)mmHg,可见试验组优于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。两组患者的心率比较差异不明显,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论截石位手术患者围术期双下肢被动运动加弹力绷带比单纯被动运动更有助于平稳患者血压,提高患者舒适度,避免不良情况出现,值得应用。Objective To study the effects of two nursing intervention for the cases with lithotomy position operation during perioperative period, and improve the nursing measures for patients. Methods 88 patients in 2011 February-2012 December in our hospital with lithotomy position operation were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the control group were given the lower limb passive motion on the basis of routine clinical care, patients in the experimental group were given double lower limbs elastic bandage on the basis of the control group.The effect of nursing were observed. Results Experimental group patients after flat lower limbs, the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and mean arterial pressure values from the original （142.33 ± 17.52） mmHg, （75.62 ± 8.96） mmHg and changes （91.32 ± 8.98 mmHg, respectively for （140.02 ± 18.99） mmHg, （75.02 ± 8.52） mmHg and （91.02 ± 9.29） mmHg, change is not obvious. While the control group patients has obvious change in this respect is, from the original （141.69 ±18.25） mmHg, （76.21±7.98） mmHg and changes （91.36 ± 8.55） mmHg, respectively for （129.63 ± 17.52） mmHg, （75.01 ± 8.44） mmHg and （87.48 ± 8.69） mmHg, visible experimental group is better than that of control group, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Two groups of patients with heart rate comparison difference is not obvious, P〉0.05, there was no statistically significant difference.Conclusion：It is contributes to stable the blood pressure that lower limb were given passive motion and elastic bandage for the cases with lithotomy position operation during perioperative period. It can improve the comfort degree of patients, to avoid adverse situation, it is worthy of application.
