广东省中山市间日疟原虫CSP基因型初步调查

摘　　要：应用改良的 Chelex- 10 0滤纸处理法对广东省中山市 40例间日疟病人滤纸血标本进行处理后经 PCR扩增 ,根据扩增结果判别 CSP基因型。结果 40例全部为 PV- 型温带族 ,未发现有 PV- 型热带族和 PV- 型病例。表明广东省中山市间日疟病人所感染的疟原虫优势虫株为 PV- 型温带族。filter paper blood samples of patients infected by Plasmodium vivax in Zhongshan City were dealed with the improved Chelex 100 method to extract DNA, and then amplified by nest and mutation point specific PCR to identify their CSP genotype. The results showed that all samples of Plasmodium vivax belonged to PV Ⅰtemperate zone strain. No PV Ⅰtropic zone strain or PV Ⅱtype strain was found in the patients. The result suggested that the dominant strain of Plasmodium vivax in Zhongshan City was PV Ⅰtemperate zone strain.
