一起鸡新城疫的诊治与发病原因分析

摘　　要：宁夏某养鸡园区3个蛋鸡养殖户在2013年6月份先后出现产蛋下降和零星死亡现象。经过临床诊断、实验室检测和流行病学调查,确诊为新城疫。流行病学调查结果表明,该养殖小区新城疫野毒污染严重,同时注射疫苗与高温等应激因素是导致鸡群发病的主要原因。通过对发病鸡群采取对症治疗和综合防治措施,有效控制了疫病的进一步扩散,取得了积极的防治效果。Egg production reduction and sporadic deaths occurred in 3 laying chichen farms in Ningxia poultry zone June 2013. The disease was confirmed as Newcastle disease through epidemiological investigation, clinical observation and laboratory examination The cause analysis demonstrated that the main causes were considered to be heavy contamination in the poultry zone by field ND viruses plus HPAI vaccination and high temperature heat stress. The disease was put under effective control by taking proper and comprehensive prophylaxis and treatment.measures.
