摘 要:目的 探讨远洋航行人员在特定环境中的一些生理、生化方面的变化。方法 应用放射免疫法检测初次出海人员远航前及远航 87h后血浆血管紧张素 (A )、内皮素 (ET)、降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)及血压、心率的改变。结果 远航中血浆 A 、ET、CGRP均明显高于远航前 (P<0 .0 1) ;收缩压及心率无明显变化 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,而舒张压上升明显 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,但仍在正常范围。结论 远航时体内缩血管物质 A 、ET和舒血管物质 CGRP可能参与了远航人员体内的应激发生机制 ;Objective To investigate the changes of plasmic angiotensin Ⅱ(AⅡ), endothelin(ET) and calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP) levels in sailors during their first time oceangoing voyage. Methods The blood samples of 133 healthy sailors were collected before and 87 hours after their first time oceangoing voyage. The blood pressure and heart rate of sailors were also recorded at the same time. Results The plasmic AⅡ, ET, and CGRP levels during the voyage were significantly higher than those before the voyage( P <0 01). Both the systolic blood pressure and heart rate remained quite stable during the voyage( P >0 05). The diastolic blood pressure increased obviously during the voyage as compared with those before it( P <0 001), but was still in the normal range.Conclusions The AⅡ, ET and CGRP might be involved in the genesis of stress condition of the sailors during their first time oceangoing voyage. Clinical practitioners should pay attention to the blood pressure changes in those who are on oceangoing voyage especially the hypertensives and the aged.
