摘　　要：目的 :研究替硝唑牙用滴丸的制备方法。方法 :用紫外分光光度法测定滴丸中替硝唑含量 ,小杯法考察其体外溶出度。结果 :替硝唑平均回收率为 10 0 .0 5 % ,RSD为 0 .85 % (n =3) ,溶出参数分别为T50 =5 .5 3min ,Td=7.14min ,m =1.436 4。结论 :本品制备工艺可行 。Objective:As stated in the title.Methods:The tinidazole content of the pills was determined by UV spectrophotometry and its dissolution was determined by smal glass method.Results:The average recovery in determination of tinidazole in the dropping pills was 100.05% with a RSD of 0.85%( n =3) and the dissolution parameters obtained were T 50 =5.53 min,T d=7.14 min,m= 1.4364. Conclusions:The preparation method for dental dropping pills of tinidazole is feasible and method for its quality control is reliable. [
