栽培黄山药薯蓣皂甙元含量年度变化与适宜采挖期研究

摘　　要：本文主要研究了栽培６ａ的黄山药（Ｄｉｖｓｃｏｒｅａ　ｐａｎｔｈａｉｃａ）薯蓣皂甙元含量变化规律和原因，并结合根茎产量、薯蓣皂甙元产量和农业栽培产值等的变化趋势，提出了黄山药栽培后的适宜采挖年限，对生产有重要指导意义。The change of content of Diosgenin during the period of 6 year after Dioscorea panthaica cultivated was studied,and meanwhile,the optimal time of harvest,based on the production of the rhizome and diosgenin and the income of cultivation was given. Those results were important to cultivate and harvest Divscorea panthaica.
