电子喉镜在上颌窦囊肿摘除术中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨电子喉镜下上颌窦囊肿摘除术的临床效果及并发症.方法 选择2006年10月～2012年12月广东药学院附属第二医院耳鼻喉科收治的上颌窦囊肿患者52例,将其分为实验组（30例）和对照组（22例）,给予实验组患者电子喉镜下囊肿摘除术,对照组患者鼻内镜下囊肿摘除术,对比两组手术时间、出血量、疗效及并发症.结果 实验组30例有效,有效率为100％,其中26例治愈,治愈率86.67％;对照组22例有效,有效率为100％,其中16例治愈,治愈率72.73％,两组患者治愈率相比差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.实验组并发症发生率（3.33％）明显低于对照组（27.27％）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 电子喉镜下上颌窦囊肿摘除术的与鼻内镜下手术疗效相当,但前者更安全、便捷.Objective To explore the clinical effect and complications of maxillary sinus cystectomy with electronic laryngoscope.Methods 52 patients with maxillary sinus cyst from October 2006 to December 2012 in Otolaryngology Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University were selected and divided into experimental group （30cases） and control group （22 cases）.The experimental group was given the cystectomy performed in electronic laryngoscope,and the control group was given the cystectomy performed in nasal endoscopic.The operation time,blood loss,curative effects and complications of two groups were compared.Results In experimental group,30 cases were effective,the effective rate was 100%,of which 26 cases were cured,with 86.67% cure rate; and in control group,22 cases were effective,the effective rate was 100%,of which 16 cases were cured with 72.73% cure rate,the cure rate in the two groups had no statistically significant difference （P 〉 0.05）.The incidence of complications of experimental group （3.33%） was significantly lower than that of the control group （27.27%）,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The curative effect of electronic laryngoscope is as much as that of nasal endoscopic,but the electronic laryngoscope is safer and more convenient.
