摘　　要：脑血栓又被称作动脉硬化性脑梗死,是临床常见的脑血管病,多发于中老年人且致残率高,有死亡的风险。临床表现为失语﹑半身不遂﹑认知能力下降﹑功能障碍﹑大小便失禁等。优质护理对脑血栓患者病情康复具有重要的地位,良好的基础护理,营造良好的病室环境﹑合理的饮食﹑睡眠安排﹑患者具有乐观的心态﹑良好的护患关系和功能恢复性锻炼,可以最大程度上减小患者病痛,缩短治疗周期,降低治疗费用。As a common clinical cerebral vascular disease, cerebral thrombosis, also called arterioscle- rotic cerebral infarction, often occurs in quinquagenarians, with a high rate of morbidity and mortality. Clinical manifestations include aphasia, hemiplegia, cognitive decline, dysfunction, incontinence. High quality nursing care has an important position in the rehabilitation of cerebral thrombosis patients. Measures, like well basic nursing care, created good ward environment, reasonable diet, sleep schedule, optimistic attitude, good nurse- patient relationship, and functional rehabilitation exercises, can maximally reduce the pain of patients, shorten the treatment circle, and reduce the cost of treatment.
