摘 要:目的探讨不同浓度乙醇对失血性休克家兔凝血功能的影响。方法本实验将30只家兔随机分成3组:耳缘静脉注射生理盐水为对照组,注射25%和60%乙醇溶液为实验组。通过颈总动脉放血建立失血性休克模型,并采用玻片法测量模型建立前后凝血时间的差值。结果生理盐水组的凝血时间加快(43±15.70)s,25%乙醇组的凝血时间延缓(16±13.80)s,较生理盐水组的凝血时间显著延长;60%乙醇组的凝血时间加快(60±13.08)s,较生理盐水组的凝血时间缩短。结论低浓度乙醇可延缓失血性休克家兔的血液凝固,而高浓度乙醇浓度可促进失血性休克家兔的血液凝固。Objective To discuss the effect of alcohol with various concentrations on the blood clotting of the rabbits with hemorrhagic shock. Methods 30 rabbits were divided into 3 groups randomly and evenly in this experiment. The rabbits injected with saline through ear margin vein included in the control group. The other 20 rabbits, respectively injec- ted with 25% and 60% alcohol belonged to the two experimental groups. The hemorrhagic shock model was reproduced through bloodletting from carotid artery. And we used the slide method to measure the difference of clotting time before and after the hemorrhagic shock model were built. Results The clotting time of the group which was injected with saline accel- erated (43±15.70) s, the clotting time of the group which was injected with 25% alcohol delayed (16 ± 13.80) s, which was long compared with the control group, the clotting time of the group which was injected with 60% alcohol accel- erated (60 ±13.08) s, which was shorter than the control group. Conclusion Low concentration alcohol can delay the clotting time of the rabbit with hemorrhagic shock, but high concentration alcohol can accelerate the clotting time of the rab- bit with hemorrhagic shock.
