2型糖尿病患者脉搏波传导速度的变化

摘　　要：摘要：目的比较2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者与正常对照组的臂踝脉搏波传导速度（brachial—anklepulsewavevelocity，baPWV）的值，分析臂踝脉搏波传导速度与空腹血糖（FBG）、糖尿病病程，颈动脉内中膜厚度（IMT）的相关性。方法收录90例2型糖尿病患者，年龄40—65岁，男女各45例；正常对照组90例，年龄40～60岁，男50例，女35例。采集两组年龄、体重指数、性别比例、吸烟比例、饮酒比例、空腹血糖。结果2型糖尿病组的臂踝脉搏波传导速度和颈动脉内中膜厚度明显高于正常对照组；2型糖尿病患者的病程、空腹血糖和颈动脉内中膜厚度与臂踝脉搏波传导速度均呈正相关。结论臂踝脉搏波传导速度与2型糖尿病患者血管病变的危险因素有明显的相关性，对2型糖尿病血管病变的早期诊断和治疗有重要的参考价值。Objective To compare the brachial - ankle pulse wave velocity （baPWV） of type 2 diabetic （ T2DM ） with that of the normal control group and analyze the relativity of baPWV, fasting blood glucose （FBG） and course of T2DM, （ intima - media thlckness） IMT. Methods 90 cases of T2DM patients aged 40 - 65 were collected, with 45 male patients and 45 female patients, the control group included 90 cases, aged 40 - 60, 50 male cases and 40 female ca- ses. Relevant clinical data were collected including baPWV, IMT, age, weight index, sex ratio, smoking ratio, drink- ing ratio and FBG. Results T2DM patients showed higher baPWV and IMT than the normal control groups. BaPWV posi- tively correlated with the course of T2DM, FBG, and IMT. Conclusions BaPWV is significantly correlated with risk fac- tors of type 2 diabetic vascular lesions, therefore, it has considerable reference value in the early diagnosis and treatment of type 2 diabetic vascular lesions.
