延伸护理服务在产科病房中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨延伸护理服务在产科病房中的应用及临床效果。方法:将372例产妇随机分为观察组196例和对照组176例,对照组给予传统产科护理服务,观察组在此基础上给予延伸护理服务。观察比较两组产褥期感染、母婴相关知识掌握及新生儿不适情况。结果:观察组产褥期感染及新生儿不适发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),母婴相关知识掌握情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在产科病房实施延伸护理服务,可明显减少产妇产褥期感染及新生儿不适,帮助产妇掌握相关知识,提高护理服务质量。Objective：To discuss the application and clinical effect of the extended nursing service in the obstetrical ward. Method ：372 puerperae were randomly divided into the observation group（ n = 196 ） and the control group（ n = 176 ）. The traditional nursing service was given to the puerperae in the control group and the extended nursing service was additionally provided for the puerperae in the observation group. The puerperal infection, awareness of the related knowledge about maternal and neonatal care and neonatal disorders were observed and compared between the two groups. Results：The incidence of puerperal infection and neonatal disorders was significantly lower in the observation group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the awareness of the related knowledge about maternal and neonatal care in the puerperae was better in the observation group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conelusion ： The extended nursing service in the obstetrical ward can significantly reduce the incidence of puerperal infection and neonatal disorders and improve the quality of nursing service.
