摘 要:以二棱大麦(Hordeum,distichum.L)甘木二条等7个品种进行半双列杂交,对 1992年和 1997年的亲本、 F1和F2的株高和各株高构成因素,采用加性-显性-上位性(ADAA)模型进行遗传分析.结果表明,1997年的植株比1992年的较矮;与苏啤1号或Risφ1508杂交组合可选到较矮单株.遗传分析表明,株高和各节(除第三节外)长度以加性效应为主,各性状都具有较高的狭义遗传力和广义遗传力.基因效应预测值表明,甘木二条、苏啤1号和Risφ1508有使植株降矮的负效应.加性互作效应表明,植株高度在不同的环境中,各品种表现不完全一样.另外,亲本(除紫皮大麦外)都存在加性x加性互作效应.甘木二条、苏啤1号和 Risφ1508之间杂交的组合,苏啤 1号与浙农大 3号、紫皮大麦杂交的组合,均可选到较矮植株.A half-diallel analysis of plant height and its components has been carried out for parents, F1 and F2 of 1992 and 1997 of 7 two-rowed barley varieties by using additive-dominance- epistatic model (ADAA). Result indicates that plant height of 1992 is higher than that of 1997. Shorter plant could be screened with in the crosses which is crossed with Risl508 or Supi 1. Plant height and internodes length (except for the third) are mainly controlled by additive effects, and each trait has a high narrow-sense hereditary ability and brood-sense hereditary ability. Estimation. of gene effects shows that in the progenies of crosses with risl508, supi 1 and Ganmuertiao as parents, shorter plant was more likely selected. The analysis of interaction of additive effects indicates that plant height for each variety shows differences in different environments. Moreover there are additive-additive interaction effects for parents (except Zipidamai). The progenies of Ganmuertiao, Supi 1 and risl508, and progenies of Supi 1 and Zhenongda 3, Zipidamai have shorter plants.
