摘　　要：目的:探讨胰岛素管理单元模式对社区2型糖尿病患者自我效能的影响。方法:将社区80例接受胰岛素治疗的2型糖尿病患者随机分为干预组和对照组各40例,干预组接受6个月的社区胰岛素管理单元模式管理,对照组接受社区常规糖尿病管理。比较干预前和干预6个月时两组患者空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)及自我效能得分。结果:干预6个月时,干预组空腹血糖和HbA1c较对照组下降明显(P<0.05);自我效能得分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:实施胰岛素管理单元可以提高社区2型糖尿病患者的自我效能,改善患者的自我管理水平和血糖代谢状况。Objective：To explore the effect of insulin management unit pattern on the self - efficacy of community patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods ：80 type 2 diabetic community patients who received insulin therapy were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group （40 cases in each group）. The patients in the intervention group received 6 - month community management by following insulin management unit pattern ; the patients in the control group received routine community management of diabetic patients. The level of fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin （ HbA1c ） and the scores of self - efficacy of the patients were compared between the two groups before the intervention and after the intervention for 6 months. Results ：The level of fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin （ HbA1c） decreased significantly in the intervention group after the intervention for 6 months （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the scores of self - efficacy of the patients were superior in the intervention group to the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Implementation of insulin management unit can improve the self - efficacy of community patients with type 2 diabetes, and it can improve their self management level and the glucose metabolism.
