腰椎全麻术后进饮食时间对患者的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨腰椎全麻术后进饮食时间对患者的影响，以提高患者舒适度。方法：将60例腰椎全麻术后患者按择期手术时间顺序分为观察组和对照组各30例，对照组按传统腰椎术后护理常规要求进饮食；观察组在患者达到麻醉清醒标准、肠呜音恢复、患者有进食意愿时即鼓励其进饮食。观察两组患者术后157渴、饥饿、恶心、呕吐等情况。结果：观察组术后6h内患者口渴例数少于对照组（P〈0．05），首次饮水时间早于对照组（P〈0．01），排气时间早于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：术后达到进饮食标准的腰椎全麻患者术后2—6h内进饮食安全、可行，患者舒适度提高，能满足患者对人性化护理的需求。Objective ： To explore the influence of the start time to take food on the postoperative patients after surgery under spinal anesthesia. Methods ：60 postoperative patients who received spinal anesthesia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group （30 cases in each group ）. The patients were required to take food according to the routine requirements after spinal anesthesia surgery in the control group;the patients in the observation group were encouraged to take food when they reached the awakening standard from anesthesia, they had recovery of bowel sound and they wanted to eat something. The status of thirst, hunger, nausea and vomiting of the postoperative patients were observed in the two groups. Results ： The thirsty cases were fewer in the observation group than the control group within 6 hours after operation （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the time to drink water after operation was earlier in the observation group than the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; the exhaust time was earlier in the observation group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Taking food is safe and feasible in 2 to 6 hours after surgery if the postoperative patients who undergo spinal anesthesia surgery meet the demand of standard of taking food,thus the patient comfort can be improved.
