摘　　要：综合目前国内外糖尿病运动疗法的发展情况,分析了糖尿病运动疗法存在的现实问题,提出了运动疗法的意义和注意事项,并对以运动疗法治疗糖尿病的具体实施方法提出了可行性意见,为临床糖尿病病人选择安全有效的运动方案提供了理论依据。糖尿病运动疗法是一项基础治疗措施,同时也应将其作为预防糖尿病发生的干预手段;运动处方是针对每一个患者的个人状况所制定的运动方案,有针对性的运动处方是今后糖尿病康复治疗的研究方向。the development of diabetes exercise therapy at home and abroad,of the real problem of diabetes exercise therapy,the significance of exercise therapy and Notes and feasibility views on specific implementation methods of exercise therapy for treatment of diabetes,provides a theoretical basis for clinical diabetes patients to choose a safe and effective exercise program.Diabetes exercise therapy is a basic treatment measures,as well as the prevention of diabetes should be interventions;exercise prescription exercise program is developed for each patient＇s personal situation,targeted exercise prescription for future diabetes rehabilitation research direction.
