妥洛特罗透皮贴剂体外透皮性能研究

摘　　要：为了研究妥洛特罗透皮贴剂体外透皮性能,以三种离体动物皮肤为透皮屏障,比较国药集团山西瑞福莱药业有限公司的妥洛特罗透皮贴剂、日东电工株式会社的妥洛特罗贴片(阿米迪)的体外透皮性能。检测方法为高效液相色谱法。结果得出,国药集团山西瑞福莱药业有限公司的妥洛特罗透皮贴剂与阿米迪体外经皮渗透速率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。因此认为国药集团山西瑞福莱药业有限公司的妥洛特罗透皮贴剂与日本阿米迪体外透皮行为相似。To assess the percutaneous permeability of Tulobuterol patch made in China National Pharmaceutical Group Shanxi RFL Pharmaceutical Co.,LTD in comparison with Amiaid through three kinds of animals＇ dissected skin in vitro.By HPLC,the towsources of Tulobuterol were investigated.Obtained as a result,the permeation rates ofTulobuterol patch ofRFL and Amiaid had no significant difference（P0.05）.Drawa conclusion that the Tulobuterol patch ofRFLas the similar percutaneous characters in vitroas the Amiaid.
