摘  要:布风装置是循环流化床锅炉的重要组成部件之一,它决定着床料的流化质量,进而决定了流化床的燃烧状况和热质交换性能,直接影响循环流化床锅炉的流化工况和燃烧的稳定性,是循环流化床锅炉安全运行的保证。风帽是布风装置中最关键的部件,是炉内高温高磨损下的易损部件,风帽结构尺寸是否合理,直接影响到锅炉的安全性和经济性。介绍了目前所使用的主要风帽结构,分别进行了调研和性能分析,总结分析了风帽工作特点和流动的特点,指出磨损和漏渣是风帽的主要改进方向,而磨损与材质和流动均有关。Ventilation device is one of the important components of circulating fluidized bed boiler,it decided to bed material fluidization quality and,in turn,determines the condition of fluidized bed combustion and performance for heat and mass transfer,and working conditions directly affect the fluidization of circulating fluidized bed boiler and combustion stability,is the assurance of safe operation of the circulating fluidized bed boiler.Hood is the most critical components,ventilation device is furnace under high temperature and high wear and tear of vulnerable parts,hood structure size is reasonable,will directly affect the safety and economy of boiler.Currently used are introduced as the main cap structure,and conducted research and performance analysis,include working characteristics and the characteristics of flow were analyzed and summarized in this paper,points out that the wear and leakage slag hood is the main improving direction,and the wear is related to material and flow.
