咪哒普利在预防急性心肌梗死后心室重构中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨咪哒普利在预防急性心肌梗死后心室重构中的作用。方法选择80例患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例,所有患者入院后均实施急性心肌梗死等对症支持治疗,待患者病情稳定后,观察组使用咪哒普利治疗,对照组使用美托洛尔治疗,对所有患者随访12个月,比较两组治疗后左室收缩功能指数及舒张末期左室后壁厚度,不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组的左室收缩功能指数高于对照组,且舒张末期左室后壁厚度小于对照组,观察组头晕和低血压的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论咪哒普利预防急性心肌梗死后心室重构的效果优于美托洛尔,更有利于患者心功能的恢复,且不良反应少,更好地提高了患者的依从性。Objective To investigate the role of imidapril preventing ventricular remodeling after acute myocardial infarction. Methods 80 patients were selected and randomly divided into the observation group （n=40） and the control group （n=40）.All patients were given symptomatic and supportive treatment of acute myocardial infarction and so on until the their condition was stable,the observation group were treated with imidapril while the control group were treated with metoprolol,all patients were followed-up for 12 months,the left ventricular systolic and diastolic function index and posterior wall thickness of left ventricular end-diastolic,adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,left ventricular systolic and diastolic function index in the observation group was higher than that in the control groups,and posterior wall thickness of left ventricular end-diastolic was less than that in the control group,and the incidence rate of dizziness and hypotension in the observation group rate was significantly lower than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of imidapril preventing ventricular remodeling after acute myocardial infarction is better than metoprolol,it can more conducive to recovery of cardiac function of patients and has less adverse reactions,so it can better improve patient＇s compliance.
